It describes the roles and responsibilities of various professionals involved in the process, such as the owner, consultant, project coordinator, and design team. It also covers the building automation systems and computer applications that are essential for hotel management. Moreover, it explains the project management principles for construction management in detail.

The book also addresses the impact of COVID-19 on the global economy and the risks and precautions associated with it in the hospitality industry. It discusses, in detail the future opportunities for developing resorts along India’s long coastline.
